Exactly — this MSM bozo is incompetent in the most elementary logic. The question is not whether Obama EVER talked about victory, it’s whether he gave even ONE speech about Iraq in which he did NOT talk about victory.
One instance will suffice to prove Palin’s point, but the only disproof would be to check every relevant speech by Obama and find that he talks about victory in all of them.
