Rumor here is that she attended North Idaho College for her associates and then University of Idaho for her Bachelors. Nothing strange there at all.

Especially if she was paying her own way through school.

Going to a junior college for an associate degree and transferring to a university for to complete a bachelor's degree is a good way to reduce the cost of a college education.
