I am weeping.

At first the speech's rhythm was so bad I took off my glasses, held my head in my hands and feared the TV audience would tune out.

And then he talked about Vietnam.

And it all changed.

And I, a middle-aged man approaching 60, had to choke back tears.

Yep, his speech definitely built in momentum and he really connected with & touched me towards the end. He had the great video lead-in and rallied to a rousing finish with Sarah by his side.
