That certainly is interesting (if true).
I hope somebody digs on this and gets the whole story.
A quick Google search does seem to make this look like POSSIBLY legit.

WOW! Just wow. If true, which with 99.999% probability is. Of course we already new Biden is a lier and thief just like his whole party.
If they are libellous the Biden can sue him and win.
My only puzzlement is this: were these not legitimate contractual obligations?
If the crook has assets, can't the amounts owed be recovered through civil action? Biden could choose to spend money defending an indefensible position, or pay what he owes.
The result of a civil action would very well include the ability to seize assets.
Why isn't this done?
Once a "candidate" exposes himself as a crook, why would anyone extend him services or products on credit? Doesn't the "victim" have a role in enabling the crook?
