Family should be off-limits to the extent of regular porblems-Bristol Pailin's pregnancy, for example, or if Joe Biden's kids have had a drug problem in the past (no idea if that is the case).
But if family gets involved in political or ethical issues, then they should not be off limits.

I'm sure it was somebody else, just with the same name. If it was his daughter I'm sure the press would have brought it up.
