I did notice CSPAN coverage had a few segments looking overf her shoulder with the TelePrompter scrolling in the background.
Honestly, she could have given that speech without the visual aids.

I think she pretty much did. I noticed in the second half of the speech that she would occasionally glance down at the podium like she was referring to written notes. I bet she was working from a hardcopy of the speech or at least a list of cues.
