I loved the dig about Greek columns. :-) And her line about some candidates use change to promote their careers, while others (like John McCain) use their careers to promote change.

Great speech!!! No phony rhetoric. She could have been any one of us, saying exactly what we have said here - except she has the qualities and capability to stand before thousands and say it without one mistake, one ahhh or ummm, or any mis-steps. She brought all the fraud of Obama's theme and qualities to light, smacked his campaign blusterings right in the eye, and did it oh, so very much like the teacher who catches you cheating on a test! Wonderful ! She was on-the-mark without being overly lusterous. Very professional, business-like, to the point. She was not promoting just herself, she was showing her dedication and McCain's dedication to the job at hand...the way a corporate executive speaks to get things moving and done. I loved it. But then, I had no doubts about Sarah...she had been my pick since her name was first whispered and I read up on her. What a rising star of hope for our country!
