Absolutely! The applause for Sarah will go on through Sunday.

Hi FF!! (((Fudd Fan)))

I had a thought...who is going to introduce Governor Palin tonight? I know that in 2004, Lynne Cheney introduced her husband, and Fred introduced (via video) President Bush...

I understand that they are busy taking care of business, and I can understand if the campaign doesn't want to link itself with that of the Bush Administration (though the media will do it anyway) but I think it would be so nice for both of these men to be there, to "stand and be recognized" for their eight years of leadership.

Maybe the concern is that Cheney and Bush would get more applause than McCain (but not for Palin)...no conspiracy theories, I'm just thinking it would be great for the current VP to introduce the next one!

That’s great insight. We don’t know that Cheney won’t be introducing her, and it would be a nice surprise.

If it does happen that way, you should take credit for calling it!
