It’s the UK. I’ll bet they are hogging the right lane, 10 mph under the speed limit, with their right turn signal on while travelling the motorway.

Course we drive on the left hand side, like all good people. Its the rest of the world that has it wrong. Otherwise we would have to change gear with our right hand, which is just stupid.
Hogging the right hand lane of a motorway, indicator on and 10 mph under is one good way to get yourself rammed. But then, as long as you can’t see coppers, there isn’t a speed limit!!
