News from downtown St Paul:

There were 284 arrests yesterday and a raid on a building near downtown the night before last. The building is being rented by some fringe group of protesters. The building was an old movie theater. The police found a large supply of bottled feces and urine plus other sundry other items (not known what they are).

The "protesters" broke windows in businesses downtown and violated their marching permits as to the permitted route of their march. They threw things at police all day long and injured one officer with acid thrown on the officer's leg. At one point the police had to retreat from a location until riot squads could be positioned to deal with the disgusting little douche bags.

This AM I came to work at our downtown clinic to find it sealed up tight and security on high alert. Our clinic is two and a half blocks from the Xcel center (convention center). You must have credentials (i.e. work badge, or other ID to get into downtown and park). I and Mrs timy plan to walk around the secure area tonight of tomorrow after work just to see what we can see.

Will report again later

Storm-troopers for Obama... but followers of Saul Alinsky.
