Synopsis In 2006, a Angel-faced but tough 42-year-old former small-town mayor named Sarah Palin became a long-shot candidate for Alaska governor demanding a higher ethnical standard in state government. The timing of her reform message and a widening scandal produced a tornado that reshaped the political landscape. Surprising everyone, Palin thumped by wide margins both a sitting governor in the Republican primary election and a former governor in the general election to become Alaska's first female chief executive and its youngest ever.

Okay, I have not read this book, but am posting this for purpose of discussion as I just came across it - obviously Governor Sarah Palin's record of accomplishment and ability were noticed long before her selection as a Vice Presidential candidate that an entire book was written and published on the subject - so the likes of Cafferty, etc. in the press implying she has no experience or qualifications indicates they are just making it up as they go along, or know the truth but chose to lie.

Many of sitting here have been following Palin's career and accomplishments for years as she continued to make positive changes and shake things up. If we sitting here knew all of this about her, or if we did not, could simply look it up, these professional journalists in the press could have certainly done the same - so once again, either they just made up the commentary as they went along, or they looked up this info and chose to deliberately mislead the public. It's nothing new for the media to abuse its position and abandon its responsibility to tell the truth and inform the public, but it is still quite frustrating, to say the least.

Read this excerpt from the book and Beldar’s opinion piece. Excellent.

She is beyond light weight and is not ready for prime time.

Did you even read this post before providing those false talking points from the far-left that were just debunked as obviously not true - and obviously not true for anyone even remotely familiar with her career?

Oh, wait...you're a troll.

Dear Fellow FRs:

I went to Office Depot today...They had a sale on DVDs...You know stuff that no one wants...2 for 1?

In this discount bin was John McCain’s life story.. Faith of My Father...I bought it...

I watched this tonight and thought...

My God, we do not know this man. We have no clue...yet we all need to learn from him.

Go to Office Deport tomorrow and buy the DVD... 9 dollars for two...Watch it and pass it on....

I’m sick to death at the small people still on this forum who continue to bad mouth McCain...I’ve come around... He’s a great American and we should be all proud that he is our candidate...

I have 60 days to promote this man...I’m tired of hearing the negatives from the bloggers here....You know who they are...

Let’s work to get our ticket elected...
