She is correct, BC is not a bad thing for teens....it happens...period.
Teenages DO HAVE SEX....no matter what the parents want, or how they are brought up....it does happen.
I don’t think that it is a bad thing necessarily for a teen to use birth control - though it is likely to encourage promiscuity. My point, however, was that Xena has been super upset about Bristol’s pregnany. So, upset that she was talking about the need to shame Bristal and girls like her. Then she admits to having had pre-marital sex herself but seems to think that that was somehow different because she used birth control didn’t get pregnant. Sorry but using birth control doesn’t make someone morally superior.
