Big deal. Millions of kids get pregnant every year. A parent can not control everything a child does when the child is not in their presence.

I'll bet this happened when the kids were allowed to be alone on a date. If Todd Palin had a simple rule of not allowing the children to go on dates alone this would not have happened. That rule works every time, provided the daughter did not sneek out or something.
