If Romney were the VP candidate and one of his son’s got a young lady pregnant before marriage, I highly doubt that information would generate 1500 posts on FR.
FWIW, it would from me. Illegitimacy is illegitimacy, and getting knocked up outside the bounds of marriage is getting knocked up outside the bounds of marriage.
I think I would have the same response as I do with Palin.
If the McCain camp knew the information beforehand, then why not choose another candidate that does not have this attached to them.
There are other candidates.
I guess unless someone is so much better than all the other republicans, then I would excuse this. However, that is not the case.
