... it appears many of the "hollywood of jewish faith" are tripping over themselves to vote for obama

I don't know exactly what you mean by the "Hollywood of Jewish faith." If you are referring to Jewish film celebrities, then they are obviously placing their leftist political inclinations over any thoughts about Jewish issues.

However, for the Jewish community as a whole, McCain will get at least 40% of the Jewish vote in November, the largest percentage for a GOP presidential candidate since Warren Harding in 1920. That's largely because Obama is perceived as pro-Arab and antisemitic, based on his history and connections.

and i wonder about these “celeb”types, if they have really thought that their celebrity wouldn’t matter a damn to the islamofacist terrorists, they would just as soon slit their throat, they wouldn’t be spared

i think of leon klinghoffer (sorry about spelling, can’t open more than one screen on this lousy compter)

the man that was in a wheelchair and was thrown overboard on a cruise that was hijacked

wasn’t he jewish?

Reagan got 39% of the Jewish vote in 1980. I'd be surprised if McCain tops that, especially now that Lieberman or Cantor isn't on his ticket. So far, Obama's not as unpopular as Jimmy Carter was -- with Jews or with anybody else.
