Guys are wired to fix things and at that time there wasn't a thing I could do to make it any easier. I don't think I have ever felt more helpless. 'Proud' and 'grateful' came later along with a substantial dose of humility. Given a choice between giving birth and changing an overflowing poopy diaper....well, just hand me the wipes and stand back at a safe distance.
