We all know the history. My family came here, stole it fair and square, defended it successfully and then stupidly set up an immigration system that let the place get overrun with English speakers.

At the present to be an immigrant you must have a visa for that purpose.

Well, they have to get them licenses. It will be a lot easier to tax them in a few years when the illegals flee CA like everyone else.

It is really amazing how ignorant Californians can be. Undocumented Immigrants are going to drive on our roads regardless whether they have a License or not. So wouldn’t it make sense to make sure it is safer for everyone by properly licensing them? Get over your own personal fears of foreigners and check in to reality. Giving licenses to undocumented immigrants will make it safer for those who are citizens.

" HAHA! For one, there are many undocumented immigrants that pay taxes. They also get their own car insurance. YOU DON'T NEED A LICENSE TO GET A VEHICLE INSURED! I am an American citizen, I was born and raised in the U.S.A, I'm whiter then a redneck on Methamphetamine, AND I support the California Dream Act (SB 1301), as well as providing licenses to undocumented immigrants.
