Left driven mad by Palin, approaching hurricane
Modern Conservative ^

Posted on 08/31/2008 11:24:11 AM PDT by connell

It's Labor Day Weekend. As such, many of us have friends and relatives in town, and our home is no exception. Now, election year or not, our home is never a stranger to political discussions, and so it has been today. A family member mentioned the impending hurricane, and how the left is probably rooting for it to hit, so they can perpetrate another Katrina-style lie on the American people.

"Probably? No—definitely," I said. "It's coming from the Kos kids, and it's coming from Michael Moore."

Then I said I suspected that a lot of more "respectable" Democrats were thinking it, but weren't going to say so openly.

WRONG.

They're perfectly happy to say so openly.

It's a good thing that a Redstate blogger happened to be behind a couple of real dirtball Dems on a plane, otherwise, we wouldn't have access to this lovely gem.

Oh, did I use the word "dirtball"? Oh dear, I've made the mistake of argument ad hominem. What I meant to say was "scumbag."

Oh, but it doesn't end here. No no.

That same Redstate post points out their hateful language towards Sarah Palin. Palin has already driven the left nuts, and she's been the pick for less than 100 hours.

Hotair joins the fun, pointing out how desparate and how truly misogynistic the left really is.

None of this should come as a surprise to anyone.

Nor should this:

Buckets of urine, slingshots, anti-bus weapons seized in raid on anti-RNC protesters

The statement said the items found in the searches included:

These are the people to whom most of the Democrats are either partially beholden or with whom they are secretly in agreement.

And yet America gives them around half their votes in election after election. It's time for Americans to get educated.

Sinistra delenda est.

More like Lord Obama should go and rebuke the waves and calm the sea and then walk on the water.

My two-year-old says the last word of each line of the second verse: “camps” “damps” “lamps” “marching ooooooonnnnnnnn.”

Which particular Katrina lie are you referring to?

Bush blew of the levies.

Bush doesn't care about black people.

The fiasco was Bush's fault.

Any lie will do.

"...."The Katrina lie was one of the biggest lies in American history. "

Amen Brother!

Although it was a bad storm, the way the La government and people handled it was atrocious. Everytime I see a show that even mentions Katrina, I turn the channel.

Among the grand scheme of natural disasters, I would rate it 2nd from the bottom...."

It was a major disaster of Biblical proportions. The 'lie' is that it 'hit' New Orleans. It didn't, it hit Mississippi.

Heh. The loons are probably going crazy that it’s looking like it might not be a cat 5 anymore, but a 3-4. We want maximum damage! We want some political boost out of people’s tragedy!
