Obama is not going to get many of the white working class voters, especially after they saw that Jeremiah Wright videos.
My Bro in law is one of these people, a union guy. He and many of his buddies say they will not vote for Barry under any circumstances.
They also think he is a little pansy ass.
I know three white people that are voting for Obama. One is currently a stay at home mom that watches Oprah, one is a teacher, one is a pet walker. The first two, I’m not sure how committed they are. The last one I believe is committed as she is stubborn. I believe anything could probably come out about Obama and she wouldn’t change her mind. And I haven’t even discussed Obama with her—I just know how she thinks.
Black has nothing to do with Obama's problems here. Obama rose through politics by becoming part of the Chicago machine. He votes in lockstep with the part.
He chose a running mate who pushed a bill that favored the large credit-card issuers in his home state.
Compare that to McCcain and Palin, who have bucked their own party many times. And especially Palin, who took on the corrupt Alaska GOP ... and won, and also drove through ethics reform and also ended giveaways for pipeline projects.
Yeah Buddy !!!!! You can bet this God fearing boy who is clinging to his gun and bible , and suffers from antipathy toward people unlike him will be a REAL HARD SELL !!!
I work in an office that has many blacks and they say they will vote for Obama. I wonder though when it comes to the private moment of voting because anyone who slightly questions Obama is attacked and no one wants to be the butt of anger and called an Uncle Tom. Many even downplay financial successes or at least never fail to add a comment about some “poor” issue.
TRANSLATION: The Obamessiah has to figure out a way to con those damn white racists into voting for him.

And I’m ashamed to say that, as my grandfather was a charter member of the IBED in Los Angeles, and my greatgrandfather, a coal miner, was a 19th century organizer for the United Workers of the World, none as the Wobblies.
Its a given that practically every black in Central New Jersey (and they are almost entirely concentrated in urban areas like Trenton, New Brunswick, and older suburbs like Ewing) are strong supporters of Obama. In Princeton and in Lawrenceville (where I live), the population is heavily white, and all one sees are signs for Obama, albeit not as much as their were signs for Kerry in 2004.

If the leader of the free world is stealing money (from whites) on your behalf, and giving you (blacks)the stolen money, why in the hell would you want to go to school or college and get a good paying job? Everything is given to you from uncle government, the government steals for you, you take no chances and have no fear of going to jail, uncle government does all of the robbing on your behalf.
All you have to do is listen to what Obama is saying! He claims to only be taxing (stealing) from those making over $250,000 dollars, and those Obama claims are in the middle class will get a tax break and the poor and elderly won't pay any taxes(recipients of the ill gotten booty).
Blacks are unemployed because they are largely unskilled and uneducated. The illegals are depressing wages and offer a more attractive choice for employers and their bottom line. The Hispanic unemployment rate, according to BLS stats is 7.7%.

Simplistic analysis. The black out of wedlock birth rate is 68%. Except for Hispanics, they have the highest school drop out rate. The school drop out rate for our 50 largest cities averages 50%. Uneducated and from a single family household is the social pathology for failure in our society. That is why blacks and hispanics are part of a permanent and growing underclass in our society that will create huge problems in our future.
If the tax dollars Obama claims to be wanting to raise was going for what the government is suppose to be using the money for, i.e. military, forts, infrastructure, and post office, I would not have any problems paying my fair share.
Instead the Obama taxes will be going to another segment of society that has no ambition to stay in school, or get a higher education (all free) or go to a technical school to learn a trade.
Simplistic? Taxing one segment of society (the haves, usually white) and giving to another segment of society (have nots, normally black) is legal theft. Obama wants to down size our military at a time when Russia is on the move, and Iran wants to build a nuclear weapon.
Obama is a typical liberal who thinks he can purchase the election by promising to give anyone who will vote for him, i.e. blacks and the white poor who are lead to believe corporations are evil and should pay more since they are stealing from them!
If in fact the inner cities are such a failure, they have failed for more than 40 years, so why would anyone support the continued failed policies of the liberals?
Telling the black fathers they do not have to stick around and support their children because uncle government (welfare) will take care of their children, gives these black males an incentive to LEAVE their children, their families and go make even more babies, since there is no responsibility, and of course it is the whites fault, they are not paying enough, and the whites schools are better, bottom line, its whitey's fault! I even heard it called “white flight” from the inner cities, and there is a lower property tax base, again, it is whitey's fault. What do you think "universal health care" is all about. Just another hand out for the poor (black) and illegal immigrants, since Obama wants EVERYONE to be covered. Ask where in the hell will the money come from, no appears to care since it is for the children, and since most blacks don't work and pay taxes, it is another hand out that another segment of society will be required to pay, just like Social Security. It is the liberals who like to divide and conquer the races. The haves are the mean ole haves (whites) who took money and food from the mouths of the have nots (blacks). Just look at the energy debate, "big oil" is evil, and they want to tax them and give to the poor! They often was able to get away with this kind of code taxing debate, not anymore. Too many people have computers and can check the facts that the liberals are always citing, that are more than not simply a lie. We know exactly where our tax dollars are going and why and most of us are sick and tired of the lie.
Agree. I never made that argument. It has more to do with family and culture, not expenditures per pupil. Look at the academic performance in DC. Asians do quite well even in these poor school systems. Why? The answer is obvious.

Jeesh, grellis, Carley was referring to the article. IT commented on the loathing of blacks by white folks in Macomb County. Carley was just adding the Kwame scandal to Obama’s challenge. Didn’t you notice that Kwame was conspicuously absent from the article? Certainly the Detroit support for Kwame hasn’t exactly endeared many blacks to whites.

I know a lot of folks who hate Detroiters because of their liberal stupidity--that's a lot of folks. I have yet to meet one who loathes or fears Detroiters because they are black. The article is wrong to suggest it, and freepers are even more wrong to run with it.
