Went to a big party tonight - about 150 people - lots of blue collar, union guys. I brought up Palin; wasn’t sure what response I was going to get. Oh my.... all the guys were all up about her and just tickled about her being in the NRA and a Hockey Mom (not the usual soccer mom). Everyone I talked to seems to like that she’s off the beaten path.... I think it’s looking pretty good for McCain. Every single person I talked to said they are voting for McCain, even the ones who admitted they weren’t crazy about him. It was “no way am I voting for Obama.”
