Showcase Federal reaction and contrast the RAT corruption at every opportunity. Heck, what good is the Executive branch if the Feds can’t fry local corruption on projects involving federal monies? For my money, Nagin and Blanco should be serving time and the only reason they aren’t is because of pubbie spinelessness in dealing with entrenched RATs.
