Dude, deinstitutionalization is the only humane way to treat the mentally ill by comparison. The soviet Union locked people there for disagreeing. And when you consider that almost everyone would fit the bill as having a mental illness according to these quacks it makes perfectly good sense. These people want to take anyone who even seems anyway peculiar or non conformist and gulag them.

Liberals OTOH aren't just mental, they're evil.
