Alter Kaker, you titled this post incorrectly. On the link you posted it states -FEMA Chief: Gustav Growing Into A Category 5 Storm.. Then they must have retitled the story. I posted the title unmodified.

I may be a racist. I know that 95% of the black people who voted for Obama are racist. If 95% of the white people in this country voted for a white person, the ACLU would proclaim our voting system out of date, racist and it needs to be changed so only republicans and conservations are racists.
