BUT she's not on the top of the ticket, so it doesn't really matter (unless he drops dead in Feb '09). Or anytime in the next few years.
If that should occur, I think she's smart enough to pick someone with more military and foreign policy knowledge as the replacement VP. Duncan Hunter maybe? :)

Sarah will be able to handle foreign policy just fine and as you say, she'll look for informed advisers as needed.
