A tax rebate is "socialist"?
Newroark, do you even know the meaning of the word "socialist"?
And what tax increase are you talking about? Please provide a little substantiation for your claims.
The $1200 is not a tax rebate, my friend — Alaska has no taxes on individuals, except local option sales and property tax — only on businesses. These payments are directly from the State government to individuals and are not need based or means tested. So you tell me what ‘socialism’ means.
