I call BS on the poll for same sex marriage. I would imagine they asked people in SF mostly. CA residents do not want same sex marriage and the poll that counts, the one in November, will prove me right.

8 will win easily. Not only that but, although still a long shot (9 points), McCain may win CA, at least he has a much better chance than Bush did. I know a LOT of dems who don’t like bambi but would have voted for the beast.

The graphic shows prop 8 losing, however the text shows it a dead heat.
In 2000, 55 percent of likely voters opposed same-sex marriage and 38 percent favored it; this year, 47 percent of voters oppose same-sex marriage and 47 percent favor it.
