Whether or not Cator is selected as VP, he is a rising star in the GOP. Having his name in consideration has allowed many of us to become familiar with him and his style and stance on issues.

This is a plus for him, and for the party, no matter which way it turns out.

yes, i agree... and at some point he must move out of The House of Reps... perhaps governor of VA?

If we loose this one, how would you feel about a Cantor/Palin ticket in 2012? It’d give both of them another 4 years to “mature” and gain more experience.

I think I’d crawl over broken glass to pull *that* lever.
