“Just my opinion - seriously - to me it simply doesn’t matter!”

It won’t influence my vote — I am voting McCain no matter what, we must defeat Obama.

But it does matter from the perspective of whether or not it helps to attract other voters to McCain and helps him win the election.

Remember, recent elections were very close, a few voters can make a difference in who becomes president.

I fully appreciate your sentiments. I might not totally agree with those same sentiments any longer in life, as my days of voting "against" are over. But I take no issue with anyone who votes their conscience, regardless their motivations.

I find solace in a very distant relative in our family tree when he stated -
