Meet Rear Admiral John Hutson (RET), who spoke for Obama - the ACLU likes him

Rear Admiral John Hutson (RET) spoke for Obama from the podium tonight at the DemocRAT freak show. He claims to have recently left the GOP to support Obama.

Hutson spent 28 years as a Navy lawyer. We salute his service, but he was not involved in the decisions made by other admirals defending this country.

Here he is on the ACLU website. He does not want military commissions for those terrorists who are enemy combatants and not in uniform. Disgusting.

Retired Rear Admiral John D. Hutson
Navy Judge Advocate General from 1997 to 2000, Current President and Dean, Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire I stand here today greatly troubled by the use of military commissions to prosecute Guantanamo detainees – troubled because we could do so much better.

As a former Navy judge advocate, I spent 28 years in the military justice system. We were able consistently and effectively to try challenging cases without compromising our nation's ideals or the rights of the accused. Those proceedings reflected the great principles of jurisprudence that have guided our country for centuries.

It is a disgusting spectacle to see the Dems trot out a few military people to claim Obama would be a great commander in chief. They are lying about the war. They are pimping themselves out.

What is really depressing is how many people these days are willing to sell out their country in order to make sure they get their 15 minutes of fame.

Yes they are...and it is disgusting.

I watched this man speak and there was something very unsettling about his delivery and composure.

Barack Obama has proven by his willful associations that he is unfit to lead. He could not so much as gain a security clearance for a public position of trust if he were being considered for being hired to such a position.

Like Clinton, their only avenue is to be elected and these former military people know it.

Washington is riddled with them. Socialist RATS and RINOs. They all should be sent to Cuba for about five years — then let us see what their patriotism looks like.

The ACLU has been defending ‘rear admirals’ for a long time. I guess it’s about time a Rear Admiral defended them.

Selling out was also a part of the Nazis in Germany!!

The left wing media is pimping for Obama! I hope he does not become their Hitler.

"We salute his service"? I certainly don't, any more than I salute the "service" of John Kerry or Tom Harkin or John Murtha or Julius Rosenberg or Benedict Arnold.

When you stab America's fighting men and women in the back at the same moment they are putting their lives on the line, you've lost your honor.

Hutson sat behind a desk for 28 years in the Navy. Big deal. Anybody can sit behind a desk.

A JAG ADMIRAL? Amazing. As a sailor once remarked about a looney tunes Navy Captain-”He does not have a full sea bag!”

Being Army, I had to ask him about the meaning.

“Hutson spent 28 years as a Navy lawyer “

Had to read no farther (further?). Lawyer explained it all. Barrack has all those common folk friends.

If the ACLU likes him, there is something seriously wrong and perverted about him.
