Actually, it appears that the Russian Black Sea Fleet only has one operational submarine, a Kilo-class diesel-electric hunter-killer (one of the quietest and most lethal subs in the Russian arsenal). A Tango-class sub is currently undergoing a refit and will not be seaworthy for another year or so.
