Kurtz said that Obama was brought on in the beginning of the Annenberg Challege.The first chairman of the CAC Board was Barack Obama, at that point, 33 years old and a third year associate at Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland, a small Chicago law firm.

He said it looked like the money was funneled to Ayer's associates,through the foundation.Kurtz said it looks bad.

I just hope Kurtz isn't being premature in taking this public. If there is a smoking gun story there, I want to see him get it nailed down tight before he goes to print, or does interviews.

If he doesn't, the RATs will tear him apart personally which could derail the story altogether. We've seen it happen too many times in the past. I hope we never have to see it again.
