Given that Cantor and Romney are headlining the Republican “shadow convention” right now, it would be VERY unusual for Cantor to not be speaking.

He’s the #2 man in the GOP House leadership, the only Jewish Republican in the House (and the McCain campaign’s go-to guy for the Jewish vote), and a solid spokesman for the McCain campaign; it would be shocking if he didn’t address the Convention. I’m not saying that he was left out of the schedule because he’ll be speaking at the VP spot, but that certainly seems to be a strong possibility.
