Cantor would be a superb choice on a number of fronts ... this year VA is in the ‘toss up’ column. I am sure Obama would have chosen Gov Kaine but for his need to fill in his own foreign relations cred.
McCain doesn’t have to deal with resume enhancement in his VP choice. Great he can pick someone young, from a toss up state, Jewish, and who really knows his stuff well enough to handle Biden. It would actually be a bold choice, and a good one.
