I cringe every time I hear that phrase. If Democrats think the rich should be taxed then why don't they initiate a wealth tax? Anyone worth over a million dollars should have to give to the government 40% of their net worth. I'd like to see Ted Kennedy get behind that proposal.
Hey Democrats! For the umpteenth time, THERE IS NO TAX ON WEALTH! A multi-zillionaire making $100,000 a year pays the same amount of taxes as someone who is in debt for $500,000. One is rich, the other is poor. They pay the same. Stupid Dems.
