Fidel Castro says corrupt judges are to blame for Cuba's sub-par showing at the Beijing Olympics.
Castro alleges that judges blatantly stole semifinal fights from two Cuban boxers, and that a judge must have been bribed in the case of Angel Matos, who kicked a referee in the face after he was disqualified in a bronze-medal taekwondo match.

For once I agree with Fidel that the judges were corrupt. Specifically the gymnastics judges.

I heard one commentator say that judges from a country where there are competitors in a specific competition are not allowed to judge. So when there are a number of competitors from major countries, they have to get judges from minor countries that by definition have much less experience. And now we know they judge poorly.

Fidel Castro ... another on a long list of Communists, and assorted human terrorists like Mao, Stalin & Arafat that are allowed to breath until they die of old age.
Some people just need killing ... for the sake of humanity.
Problem is it's scum like these that are doing the killing.

If his folks brought homes medals, Fido would have NO problems with “corrupt judges”. Fido simply got a taste of his own corrupt, lying medicine.

You’d think there’d be more unity in Commieland with Barack getting seated at the DNC convention.

In wrestling at least, you will see Cubans take huge dives after being bribed. They would be some of the best in the world without communism.

hey Castro - it is your Communist buddies who are the criminals who hosted all of this mess...
Maybe now you see what the rest of the world has known - the Olympics are just as corrupt and irrelevant as the UN.

There is something about the "classless" society...
