DemonRats win in narrow states like OH & PA mainly due to over the top vote fraud efforts. If Rendell and Strickland are cool toward the Messiah, it strikes me that the Witch may have suggested such efforts not be made.

If the Governor's offices / machines aren't working full force for Obambi in the state, it certainly complicates his chances for success there. Strickland has been especially adamant that he is unable to deliver Ohio to the messiah.
