The Dems are trying to control Bill Clinton at the convention by giving him an assigned topic for his speech? That's so funny! Like anyone's ever been able to keep Bill from talking as long as he likes, on whatever subject (himself) he chooses.
I don't think anyone would presume to assign a speech topic to any former Republican president--goes to show how low the DNC's opinion of Bill Clinton is.
