I wanted to ask, is she normally this stiff? I’ve not seen her speak at any other time. She forces herself to smile and she rocks back and forth and her arms are not relaxed. I assume she’s reading from a prompter? She speaks as if she’s reading.
I've seen other speeches she's made, and you bet she's forcing herself to smile. It's killing her not to be able to scold, frown, and wag a finger.
