I wish someone would explain this to Washington Gas. They tell me my bill is going to be 35% higher this winter. It was $600 a month last winter, so I'm not looking forward to this winter.

I live on the outskirts of town, and we just got natural gas lines recently. Right now I’m still on home heating oil, which has got to change soon because of the cost. I can opt for either natural gas or electric. Any suggestions out there?
