This is an Obama celeb video doing the rounds of the internet, it's almost like it was deliberately designed to irritate blue collar, white working class voters. If I was John McCain I would scrap my advertising campaign and simply pay the networks to show this video every night between now and November.
Not a bad tune mind you.
TOPICS: Culture/Society; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: obama; obamaad

Celebrities are always good at putting on a show but most American see through the insincerity.

Barry Manilow looked like he got called at the last minute and wasn’t sure what he was supposed to be doing. lol.
Wonder what age group this is supposed to appeal to?

I barely made it to the swaying fat chick.
Did they actually fit all the usual “I know what’s best for you” suspects into the video? (Sarandon, Baldwin, Clooney, Rosie, Robbins, Whoopi, etc)

Nice tune. Great video, too, if you enjoy the earnest pretentiousness of a bunch of emotional exhibitionists biting their lips and shaking their heads while dancing.

I'm so baaad. I sent this info to John McCain's You Tube site . . . one of his campaign workers is using it for his benefit and will pass the info on.

(o.b. is a registered trademark. But then Obama is an elitist and doesn't care.)

Why is it, by the way, that liberals can make a big show of how prayerful they are, but if a conservative prays, they all suddenly start screaming about the separation between church and state?
To: PotatoHeadMick
Bad. Slow. Very slow. Maybe it would appeal to a 17-year old for thirty seconds.
Peace symbols? Burning buses?
Black and white? A drag. Boring.

Wow! Whoopi Goldberg! Joan Baez! And various brothers and sisters of the Sleepy-Boobalicious, Peace Sign, Rasta and Gender-Ambiguous community!
Talk about universal appeal...

It does nothing but build the case that Obama is nothing but a cult of personality.
Rational people do not want idolizing songs about politicians.

An Englishman writes “An American Prayer” featuring a bunch of “artists” dancing and lip syncing and I'm now suppose to be inspired to vote for Obama?
