Philip J Berg, the lawyer who filed the suit against Obama, also filed a suit connected to 911forthetruth, an organization that believes that the Bush admin knew the attacks were going to happen and took steps to allow them. In his file to the courts, he actually states Wikipedia and internet blogs as his evidence.

The blind squirrel, Mr. Berg, is using others research, not his own. Some of it is legit, some is not. It might not get the time of day in court.

So instead, those that are on to Obama’s malfeasance will continue to plug away on this issue, regardless of an unwelcome ‘ally’ in Mr. Berg.

This case will come down to one thing: In his brief, Mr. Berg claimed that Obama’s parents traveled to Kenya, and his mother gave birth to him there because she was refused transport on a flight back to the US due to the fact she was so close to giving birth.

Mr. Berg states there is evidence of a birth certificate for Obama in a Kenyan hospital.

Mr. Berg will need to produce that certificate and travel records to the court, or this suit will go nowhere.

I personally don’t care who Berg supports.
I don’t care if the lawsuit was filed by a little green man who dropped to earth in the middle of Area 51.
I want the truth about Nobama to come to light.
I think he was born in Kenya.
There is too much controversy swirling around this topic for just GOP and non-Nobama supporters to be interested.
I would think that any citizen of the USA would not want their constitution hi-jacked by a person who knew from the git-go that he was not then and is not now qualified to be President of the USA.
There are too many persons who are legal natural born citizens of the USA that can run for President for anyone to waste their time, money, and adoration for a fraud.

Nobama also stated on his Illinois bar application that he was NEVER known by any other name.
That lie is all too wasy for even the dumbest person in the USA to understand. Nobama knew what name was used when he was a student in Indonesia in school.
This conflict about the information Nobama tries to put out and then cover up has to come out into the light, and long before we vote in November.

I think other people should also file suit, this plaintiff looks unreliable. They may drop the suit, and leave the search for truth. that would leave Obama to sail to the election with a potentially faulty birth certificate.

The chaos caused by an election winning president, who is then determined ineligible could be catastrophic.

McCain also needs his birth eligiblity confirmed by the courts for the same reason. (He has a Panamanian birth certificate, and lawsuits filed as well.)
