I saw the exact same headline. I, too, wanted to barf. If that’s not a campaign press release, I don’t know what is.

This is a classic example of how AP is dangerous. Even with the lost influence and readership of the print media, AP still distributes news to widely used platforms such as Yahoo, Google, and AOL. You can say what you want to about the leadership of those companies, but they have a lot of reach and influence over average Americans.

If every newspaper in America folded, AP would still exist to provide news feeds to outfits like Yahoo.
