The lawsuit is nonsense. BO’s birth cert. has been published with the ID number so anyone can get a copy from HI. The Supreme Court ruled years ago that an American citizen doesn’t forfeit his citizenship just because he becomes a citizen of another country. The rule on his mother’s age only applies to babies born in another country. So there is no question that BO is a natural born American.

Ok, you say his COLB has been published with the number, where is the copy with the number? Why did he post a phony one if he has a real one? Please, as I said, post the number so we can call Hawaii and check it out as a legitimate COLB, otherwise I think you are just pis**** in the wind here. There is no legitimate COLB from Hawaii for Obama. Not only that there are several other things that tend to make him ineligible for Potus. Read the lawsuit.

As to the Supreme court upholding dual citizenship for Americans that is true, however, Indonesia does not accept dual citizenship, Barracks step father renounced Obama's US citizenship in order to get him declared an Indonesian citizen. Therefore Barry, or his mother, had to reaffirm his American citizenship when he returned to the states. It wasn't, therefore he is a citizen of Indonesia, so the argument goes. Also he lied on his papers when he filed for candidacy, he said his name is Barrack H. Obama, but in reality his name is Barry Soetoro. It was never changed back.

Even if you can submit a valid COLB number(which I really, really doubt)he still faces many eligibilty problems.

The Hawaii document is not Obama’s only problem, there is apparently a birth certificate in Kenya where some of his relatives contend he was actually born, and if documents exist to back that up, then he is toast. I listened to Philip Berg on the radio this morning and he has updated the information apparently today.

Philip J. Berg, Esquire stated in his lawsuit that Senator Obama:

1. Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or

2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or

3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.

Why the games from his end? I don’t think he’s telling the truth on this either.

Why did he post it - period - unless he knew something was wrong with it and was trying to assert damage control?

He HAD to know this question would come up in a presidential campaign...he HAD to. He figured if he put a "reasonable facsimile" on his website (who does that?) it would forestall all questions relating to his country of origin.

Figured in with his statements, his associations and his beliefs...it has all the makings of a - dare I say it? - a COUP.
