A lawyer fellow was on Coast To Coast last night explaining how he has taken all this to Federal District Court in Pennsylvania.

This is that self-same lawyer fellow.

He is a Democrat and pro Clinton.I don't think a court will decide that Hussein has to produce a valid copy of his birth certificate because that would be requiring the defendant to prove his innocence.

Yet I'd be required to prove I'm legal to work in the USofA to be a dishwasher? Isn't being Commander in Chief slightly more importatan than dishwashing?

What makes him so special that we have to just trust that he's legally qualified for us to hire him for the job?

At a minimum, just like you and me, he needs to prove that he can legally work in the America.

Sauce for the goose...

To: null and void

That is because the law is written that way. There is no law that you have to prove your citizenship to run for office though in more and more states you can be required to prove your citizenship.
