Here’s the downside. If Obama is ruled ineligible, Hillary will be the candidate.

I agree. He was born in Hawaii.

And she will carry about 0.00001% of the Black vote without which no Democrat has been elected since Woodrow Wilson.

There is no downside in assuring that Nobama never steps foot in our White House!

The best result would be that he is inelgible to run in Pennsylvania. That would pretty much seal the deal for McCain. If the law suit fails then I think Biden should get the nod.

LOL. The Dems make such a mess of everything they touch.

And Obama people will turn on her. Besides, I don’t think this suit will hold up the Dem convention. He will be nominated and then...

Here’s the downside. If Obama is ruled ineligible, Hillary will be the candidate.

If Obama has a proper birth certificate, why didn't he present it long, long ago? If Factcheck has a COLB proving Obama was born in Hawaii, when will they let a third party look at it? If Obama became an Indonesian citizen by adoption, was that ever renounced -- or does he plan to do so before November 4th? And even if renounced, does that make Obama a re-"naturalized" citizen, not a "natural born" citizen? These and other questions need answers. If there are simple answers, let's hear / see them.

If a Dem asks these questions in federal court before the convention, any backlash by angry Obamites will be focused upon Hillary. If it falls to McCain supporters after the convention, the GOP will take the brunt of Obamites' wrath.
