I have no clue why some keep this $%^#$%!! going. I think that both Rush and Sean have gone on record saying that they automatically delete all of these “non-citizen” emails.

There have been other Presidents born outside of the USA. As I recall, you only need to have one US Citizen parent. No one (that I have seen)has claimed that neither parent was a US citizen.

With the law in force at the relevant time one parent had to have been a citizen AND a resident for 5 years continuously after his 16th birthday. Neither of Hussein's parents qualify if he was born outside of the USA. Hussein was born less than 5 years after Stanley's 16th birthday.

I think part of Berg’s complaint is that, if Obama’s mother was less than 18 when Barack was born, then she was not considered an adult, and hence unable to confer citizenship.
