Romney is horrible.

I guaran-damn-tee you, no matter who McCain picks, some faction or another on the right will yell "RINO" immediately upon hearing the news. Too many people on the right are perpetually disgruntled and can't be pleased no matter what, so McCain may as well go ahead an pick someone he will feel most comfortable having as his running mate.

Good morning, Miss Didi. :)

Hi, dear...the Dems and Drive-Bys are doing a great job spinning this as the most fabulous dream ticket. When it's our turn you know someone will be fuming and that's all we'll hear about until Election Day.

Last time Mitt was on H&C, Sean asked about them getting along and Mitt said they did...that McCain even campaigned for him in Massachusetts.

Correct. I have my list of “OMG thats horrible”, Ridge, Lieberman and Lindsay Graham top it.

The fact that some will whine about Romney who got 4 million votes and almost won the nomination is more about their own state of disgruntled entitlement than anything else.

Romney btw will make a fine VP choice. He might even be the best choice right now. Bringing business and exectuive experience like that on the ticket would really show how thin the experience is on the double-gasbag Obiden ticket.
