This topic has been a real teaser. Does this case have merit? Will it go anywhere? Any lawyers out there with an opinion?
It will go nowhere. It is a nice fantasy but it will not be successful.
One has to wonder a few things:
1. Why now? Why wasn’t such a lawsuit filed long ago? Surely Hillary knew about this issue long ago and could have saved herself a lot of trouble.
2. Does this person have standing to file such a suit? If not, who does?
3. How is it possible not to have their constitutional eligibility checked for a job as important as President of the United States?
We can only hope this goes everywhere...and it should burn up the emails. I think that there is too much here for all of it to be false, or to be overlooked. And even if only one charge is true, that should certainly be enough to take Obama out. I can’t imagine any Dem Atty. putting his neck out there, to perhaps ruin his reputation, for filing such a lawsuit unless he is sure he has discovered/uncovered even a “margin of truth,” to tie into. But then, perhaps I am optimistic about this attorney, but it appears he is well-versed and experienced in this matter. Again, as Americans we can only hope that our country is not on the brink of our very Constitution being ignored in such an outlandish manner. Woe is the day!
