Not to mention they all have to say made in the USA, which isn’t on the bumper sticker. Nor is Obama’s logo

I think we’re being punked. The font is different and that bumper sticker looks like something from the 1970s. No way would Obama approve of it.
You know, on looking again at the Obama/Bayh sticker, it now seems obvious that that is a fake unrelated to the Obama campaign. All of Obama’s graphic design has been very hip and sophisticated. That one looks like amateur hour.
