I recognize that, but I don't think this is going to cause any superdelegates to waver. A lot of them are lawyers, and they are going to recognize this for what it is -- a rant and nothing more.

That said, there are a lot of interesting issues raised in Berg's Complaint. I would love to see them really investigated by someone competent.

I beg to differ; First, this puts a lot of pressure on Obama to come open and clean on his whole citizenship status. Secondly, even if the chances are slim, the stakes are enormous for the Dem Party, and that will make for some head-scratching.
